Amusing students snippets: freeze, stickers, ...

For context, I'm a private piano teacher and more often than not, I go to my students' places to teach. So here are some little amusing snippets from my past teaching week.

(1) There's this girl (8yo-ish) I teach. At the start of class one day, she decided to "freeze" mid-walk and announced with a big grin on her face, "I'm stuck. There's glue in the air and now I'm stuck." ... ... ...

(2) On another day, there was this other girl (11yo). That day, she was in a really good mood and started picking up small stickers she had peppered the piano fallboard with, and stuck them on my skirt. ... She clearly thought my comfortable midi grey skirt needed some decoration...

(3) This third girl, she is 12 years old, and squarely belongs to the 6-7 hype group. That day was 4 of May, and she mentioned Star Wars. Right after that, she mentioned she was looking forward to 6 of July, and followed that up, bright-eyed, with "I'm going to be the happiest person on Earth on 6 July 2067." My internal response consisted of only two words "Oh lordy". Then, she wistfully remarked that the "younger kids" do not get the hype of 6-7, and it was very disheartening. (XD)

Kids are just hilariously random sometimes.
